WHAT IS CANCELLATION?
A cancellation is when you want to cancel your order with us for some reason.
TIMELINE FOR CANCELLATION
Once your cancellation request is accepted it takes upto 3 business days to cancel the order and initiate refund (if the order is prepaid).
HOW LONG WOULD IT TAKE ME TO RECEIVE THE REFUND FOR MY REFUND?
Net Banking 7-10 business days.
Debit Card 7-10 business days.
Credit Card 7-10 business days
HOW DO I CANCEL?
Please note we do not cancel any orders once they are placed.
However in worst case scenarios e.g. accidental, death, health issue etc. you can apply for cancellation.

WHAT IS Desisouls.in’s CANCELLATION POLICY?
Once applied for cancellation our team will review the reason and will take final call if the reason is valid for cancellation. Our decision will be final decision weather to accept the cancellation or not.
THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTIONS AND RULES APPLY TO THIS POLICY:
In case of natural calamities, government policy changes or uncertain situations we will not accept any cancellations. The decision will be taken by Desisouls.in team as per the situation demands.
PRODUCT CANCELLATION POLICY
If your cancellation is approved from our team your order will be cancelled and email intimation is sent to you. 5% Of the total amount paid by you is deducted as payment gateway and process charges. The remaining amount refund is initiated through online payment mode only. If the order is already sent to courier the courier charges will be deducted too upon cancellation.
